Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

When you create an account, we collect basic information such as your name and email address. Memora supports signing in with Apple — when you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive only the profile information Apple shares with us (your name and an email address, which may be a private relay address). We never receive your Apple password.

We also store the personal memories, notes, and related content you choose to create within Memora. Beyond that, we collect only minimal technical data needed to operate the service (such as basic device and log information).

2. Data Usage

We use your information solely to provide and improve Memora. This includes letting you create, store, edit, and manage your personal memories and notes, keeping your account secure, and responding to your support requests.

Memora does not sell your personal data. We do not share your memories or notes with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access to raw data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need to operate or secure the service. While no system is 100% secure, we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing us at getmemoranow@gmail.com. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your memories, notes, and personal information from our active systems. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited retention period before being fully erased.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of Memora after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
