Memora is provided for your personal use to capture, organize, and recall information that matters to you. You agree not to use Memora to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or abusive content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and you may not use automated tools to scrape or extract data without our written permission.
2. User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the memories, notes, and any other content you create, upload, or store in Memora. You retain full ownership of your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you store and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of user-created content.
3. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use Memora in a way that harms other users or our systems. You may stop using Memora and delete your account at any time.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Memora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any data stored will never be lost or corrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memora and Kholagi Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Memora after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
